How do I order?

Ordering Online: After filling your shopping cart with the desired items, proceed to checkout to select shipping options and securely enter your payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Please note that we cannot process all international credit cards. In this case we recommend using PayPal.

Where do I enter a coupon code?

When will my order be shipped?

HouseofLeoClothing.com ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Properly completed orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 24 hours. Most orders placed before 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST, on weekends, or US Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Weekend orders include Friday after 2:00pm EST.

There will be exceptions at times, but we do our best to ship all orders as fast as possible. Please note that inconsistencies in your order may possibly delay your order, such as differing billing and shipping addresses. Please enter a valid phone number and email address where you can be reached to avoid delays.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order and once your order has shipped. The shipment confirmation email will provide you with the tracking number and postal carrier. Registered customers may Log in to your account and click on view order status.

Can I make a change or cancel my order?

We will do our best to accommodate your request. We ship all orders as fast as possible and we are not always able to make changes to an order after it’s been placed. Please email us at Order@HouseofLeoLeoClothing.com

Why was my order cancelled?

We were unable to verify your payment method with your credit card provider or bank. Please enter a valid phone number and email address where you can be reached to avoid delays and/or cancellation.

If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card provider or bank to verify the billing information is correct. Then, create a new order using the correct billing information.

Can I return or exchange items?

Do I have to pay the postage for returned and exchanged items?

Yes, you will be responsible for the return postage as well as new shipping charges to receive the exchange.

We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. HouseofLeoClothing.com will not be responsible for returns lost during shipping.

What items are non-returnable?

All body jewelry; socks and clearance merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns and exchanges.

Please note: If non-returnable merchandise is sent back to us, we charge your original payment method to reship your item(s) back to you.

What if there is something wrong with my order?

Why can’t I find my size?

All available sizes for a particular item are displayed on the product detail page. If it isn’t on the site, it isn’t in stock.

Are items ever back ordered?

We try our best to keep all of our products in stock at all times, but sometimes we temporarily run out of a certain product, size or design. We usually re-stock the product within 1-3 weeks. If your order contains more than one item out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until the product is back in stock and your order is complete. We will contact you immediately if this occurs. Please enter a valid phone number and email address where you can be reached to avoid delays.
